Aunty Barb's Sausage Rolls has been using TOM for just over 6months and we sat down with Barb herself to get feedback on her journey.
Why did you choose TOM over other software's:
I’d used TOM in the past through one of my suppliers for ordering and it was easy. When I found out TOM was available to other wholesalers to use, I reached out.
TOM is perfect for my small wholesale bakery, for me it was inexpensive to set up and the monthly subscription costs pay for themselves with my time savings.
How did you find the set up & training process:
It was easy, I sent my files from Xero with all my customers, products and pricing and I was set up in a couple of days. I then spent an hour on a training call and I was away.
TOM is pretty easy to navigate and it’s integrated with Xero which saved me more time again. The team were so helpful getting set up, it helped they came from wholesale industry themselves so they really understood how time poor I am and went above and beyond to get me and my customers online.
What features do you like the most:
TOMs online ordering options were a life saver. Once my customers were ordering online it gave me more time for other more important things. A big benefit is TOM can automatically talk to Xero meaning I can send out statements with confidence. I also liked that I could track my deliveries via GPS and take images of drops and manage credits.
What’s next for Aunty Barbs?:
We’re hoping to grow in the future, add more customers,products and increase deliveries.
The good news is I know TOM can grow with me; I know there are more tools available to support my wholesale business like warehouse management, inventory etc so when I’m ready I can easily add it on.
