Frequently Asked Questions

Can my customers have Minimum Order Amount (MOA)?

Yes, in the ‘advanced’ section of customer management that will allow you to allocate a MOA to your customers.
This means when the customer is placing the order they will need to meet the MOA to be able to place the order.  
You can also link the MOQ to a delivery fee in the same screen meaning if they don’t meet the MOA a delivery fee will apply.

Can I put a delivery fee on customers?

Yes, in the ‘advance’ section of customer management that will allow you to allocated a delivery fee to your customers.
You can set it in conjunction with an MOA or simply charge it all the time.

Can I set payment terms for my customers

Yes, in the ‘payment’ section of customer management.You can set payment terms from a number of days from invoice or days from end of month.
If the customer has a credit card payment attached to their account and you accept that option, this will automatically deduct that credit card the amount due on the invoice based on your terms.

Can I lock my customers product list so they can only access a certain list?

Yes, in the 'Advanced' section under customer management you will be able to restrict that customer to only buy the products you allow, look for the‘ Agreed Product List’.

Can I apply rebates and discounts to my customers?

Yes, in the 'Price Adjustment’ section under customer management there is an option for discounts and rebates meaning you can apply a % of discount or rebate to that customer.

Can I lock certain prices in for certain customers?

Yes, in the 'Advanced' section under customer management you will be able to lock in prices for particular codes for that customer  only, look under the ‘Assigned Price List’ for that option. If there are no lcoked in prices the customer price will default to the assigned price list you have created

How many price lists can I have?

Essentially you can have as many as you like. You will need to ensure that each customer has the right price list allocated to their account so their invoice reflects the correct pricing. (You can create a price exception and override the allocated price by locking in price for a product by customer)
