Frequently Asked Questions

How is the truck count billed?

We only bill for active trucks per month—no hidden fees. If a vehicle isn’t used in a billing period, you’re not charged for it, so costs scale up or down with your fleet.

Does the trial include all features?

Yes, you get the full software experience for 2 months: plan routes, invite drivers, live tracking, and proof of delivery.
Enterprise-only hardware features (VisionTrak GPS/cameras) are excluded from the trial. Your data and setup carry over if you continue.

Do drivers need special devices?

No special hardware. Drivers can use modern iOS or Android phones to navigate and capture POD (sign-on-glass, photos, temperature). Enterprise customers may add VisionTrak GPS/cameras later if needed.

How long does it take to go live?

Most teams are up and running in under an hour! Fleets with 5+ trucks can request guided phone onboarding so everyone’s ready on day one.

Can we export POD data?

Yes. Export CSV or use our API. For accounting and back-office needs, connect via TOM Business or selected third-party integrations (Enterprise).

Is there a contract?

For standard accounts, it’s monthly and you can cancel anytime. Enterprise terms are set by agreement to match procurement and compliance requirements.
