Settings and other features

Other features and settings help you to tailor TOM to meet your special business needs and manage business efficiently. You can manage users in your company, export your invoices to import them into your accounting system and much more

1. Settings

You can find all basic and advanced settings in the setting menu

2. Company information

Keep your company information up-to-date. Turn on and off settings which are relevant to you. Don’t know what the setting means? Mouse over the little question help icon to find the answer

3. Users

TOM allows unlimited users so rest assured that you won’t be charged extra to bring more people in the system for managing your business. Choose the role that fits your users. Sales role is for people who work in your supplying side. Purchasing role is for people who work in the buying side of your business.

4. Export data

TOM support exporting data such as customers, suppliers, products, sale and purchase invoices so you can easily import them to other systems such as accounting system like Xero or MYOB.
